What happens when I hit my storage limit?

Storage is a hard cap — there’s no surprise overage billing.

What happens

When your workspace reaches its plan’s storage limit, new uploads pause. Everything already in your workspace stays fully available — nothing is deleted or locked for going over.

Getting going again

• Free up space — delete assets or projects you no longer need. Space frees up once they leave Trash.
• Move to a larger plan — see how to upgrade.
