What does "pay for storage, not seats" actually mean?
Your plan is priced on how much you store, not how many people log in. Every plan includes unlimited reviewers and clients for free, plus a set number of editor accounts. Add the whole team without watching a per-seat meter.
Are reviewers and clients really unlimited?
Yes. Anyone you invite to watch, comment, or approve is free on every plan, including the free tier. Only editor accounts — people who upload and manage cuts — count toward your plan limit.
How does approval and "locking" work?
Editors upload a cut. Reviewers leave timestamped comments and approve. Once you are happy, you lock the version so it is the signed-off reference — your picture lock — while newer versions stack on top.
Does it work with DaVinci Resolve?
Editlock is built to be Resolve-friendly. Export your cut, upload it, and gather feedback in one place — no per-seat penalty for adding the colourist or the client to the review.
What happens if I go over my storage?
You are never surprise-charged. Near your quota we offer an opt-in overage at a fixed per-GB rate (₹6/₹5/₹4 depending on plan), billed monthly for what you actually use, with a ceiling you approve up front.
Is GST included?
Prices are shown exclusive of GST. We add 18% GST at checkout and issue a proper tax invoice. Add your GSTIN for a B2B invoice you can reclaim input credit on.
Can I pay annually?
Yes — annual billing is 10% off, taken as a single one-time payment rather than an autopay mandate. We send renewal reminders well ahead of time.
What happens to my files if I cancel?
Nothing disappears without warning. After a cancellation you keep read-and-download access for 30 days before files are removed, and your account itself persists on the free tier so you can re-subscribe any time.
