What we store
Your account details, the media you upload, and the comments and approvals made on it. That's the data needed to run a review tool — nothing is sold, and your content is not used to train models.
Who can see your work
Only the people you invite. Share links can be protected with passwords and expiry. You control access and can revoke it.
Retention
We keep your files while your plan is active and for a defined window after cancellation, then remove them. See Refunds & cancellation for the exact windows.

You can request access to, or deletion of, your data at hello@editlock.io. The full DPDP-compliant policy will be published here before public launch.
