Cancelling a plan
You can cancel anytime. On cancellation you keep read-and-download access to your files for 30 days, so you can retrieve your work before anything is removed. Your account itself persists on the Free tier — you can re-subscribe at any time and pick up where you left off.
Data deletion
We never surprise-delete. After the 30-day read-and-download window, workspace files are removed, with an internal soft-delete buffer before permanent erasure. Both retention and deletion policies will be stated in full in our Terms in line with India's DPDP requirements.
Refunds
Monthly plans are pay-as-you-go and stop at the end of the current cycle. For annual plans and any billing dispute, contact us — we'll sort it out fairly. This section will be replaced with the formal refund policy before public launch.
