How do I upgrade, downgrade, or switch to annual?
Change plans anytime from your settings — here's how the charges work.
You can move between plans at any time from Settings → Plan.
Upgrade to a bigger plan
Upgrades take effect immediately, so you get the higher limits right away.
- Card — you confirm one payment now, and the unused part of your current plan is refunded pro-rata to your card.
- UPI — a UPI mandate amount can’t be changed, so we set up a new mandate for the new plan and refund the unused part of your current plan.
Downgrade to a smaller plan
On a monthly plan: downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you keep what you’ve paid for until then. Check that your usage fits the smaller plan’s storage and member limits before it takes effect.
On an annual plan: you can upgrade any time, but an active annual plan can’t be switched down to a smaller plan mid-term. Annual plans are a one-time payment and don’t auto-renew, so there’s no cheaper renewal to move into — just let it run to the end of your term and choose the smaller plan then. Nothing is lost, and you’re not charged again in the meantime.
Switch monthly ↔ annual
Switching to annual charges the full year now and refunds the unused part of your current plan to your original payment method. Annual plans are one-time and don’t auto-renew — we’ll remind you before they expire. While an annual plan is active you can’t switch back to monthly billing until it ends; we’ll let you know when monthly becomes available again.
Refunds arrive within 5–7 business days. See Can I get a refund? and How does pricing work?.
