Editlock is a digital service — here is how and when access is delivered after you subscribe.
1. A digital service — no physical shipping
Editlock is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product delivered entirely online at app.editlock.io. There are no physical goods to ship, so no shipping charges or delivery addresses apply.
2. When your access is delivered
Access is provisioned electronically and immediately. When you create an account, your workspace and Free-tier features are available at once. When you subscribe to a paid plan and payment is confirmed by our payment partner, your plan's storage and features are applied to your account instantly — typically within a few minutes.
3. How you access the service
You use Editlock by signing in at app.editlock.io from any modern web browser. “Delivery” means the availability of the service to your account; there is nothing to download or receive by post.
4. If your access is not provisioned
If your payment succeeds but your plan is not activated, or you cannot access a feature you have paid for, contact support@editlock.io. We will resolve it promptly, and if we cannot, we will refund the payment in line with our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
