How do restricted projects work?

By default, workspace members can see every project. Mark a project restricted to limit it to specific people.

What restricted means

• Admin and Full Access users always keep access.
• Everyone else must be invited to that project explicitly — they won’t see it otherwise.

Turn on restriction

1. Open the project’s settings.
2. Turn on Restricted.
3. Invite the specific people who should have access — see How do I give someone access to a specific project?.

Turning it off

Switch restriction off and the project is visible to the whole workspace again.
