How do I remove a teammate or free up a seat?

Each paid plan includes a set number of team-member seats (reviewers and clients are always free and unlimited). If you hit your seat limit, remove a member to free one up.

Remove a member

1. Open Settings → Users.
2. Find the member and choose to remove or suspend them.
3. Their seat frees up immediately, and they lose access to the workspace.

Their comments and uploads stay — removing a person doesn’t delete their work.
