Can I get a refund?
Annual plans are refunded pro-rata; monthly plans run to the end of the month.
Whether you get a refund depends on your billing cycle.
Monthly plans
Monthly plans are pay-as-you-go and non-refundable. When you cancel, your plan simply runs to the end of the current month and doesn’t renew — you’re not charged again.
Annual plans
Annual plans are refunded pro-rata. When you cancel, we refund the whole calendar months remaining after your cancellation date — the current month in progress isn’t refunded. For example, cancel with four full months left and you get four months’ worth of what you paid back.
Switching plans
If you upgrade or switch plans mid-cycle, the unused portion of your old plan is refunded pro-rata to your original payment method, and the new plan is charged in full. The refund and the new charge are separate — the new plan isn’t discounted by the old balance.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go to your original payment method through our payment partner, Razorpay, within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to show the credit.
The Free plan costs nothing, so there’s nothing to refund.
