How do I delete my account?

Want to close your account entirely? We’ll take care of it for you.

Request deletion

Email founder@editlock.io from your account address and ask us to delete your account. We’ll confirm before anything is removed.

Before you go

• If you’re on a paid plan, cancel it first — annual plans get a pro-rata refund for the unused months.
• Download anything you want to keep — deletion permanently removes your projects, files, and workspace, and that can’t be undone.

Just want to stop paying but keep your account? Cancelling moves you to the Free plan instead — your account stays and you can come back any time.
