How do I compare two versions?

View two cuts side by side to spot changes.

When you have multiple versions of an asset, you can compare two of them side by side.

Compare

  1. Open the asset’s versions view.
  2. Select the two versions you want to compare.
  3. Choose Compare to open them side by side.

Each version keeps its own comments, so you can see feedback per cut as you compare.

YouTube and Vimeo links can’t be compared yet — compare works for uploaded files. See Can I download or compare a YouTube or Vimeo link?.
