How do I approve a video or request changes?

Every asset has a status so the whole team knows where a cut stands: In review, Changes requested, or Approved.

Change the status

1. Open the asset.
2. Open the status control (in the review panel, or on the asset card).
3. Pick Approved when it’s signed off, or Changes requested to send it back.

Why it matters

Status is the quick signal that replaces “is this final?” emails. Combine it with versions so each cut carries its own status and comments.
